Style ribbon icons in vanilla menus

Obsidian has two menus where you can toggle the visibility of ribbon commands. Iconic doesn't style them to reflect custom icons yet, which is a bit disorienting.

We could get really user-friendly on the menu below and make the icons clickable, too. 😎
