Stream - language setting is case sensitive // Stream ignores defaults

The ./stream feature is case sensitive where it shouldn't be, imo. It displays the default language as being "DE", but ignores this default and just transcribes in English.
When I tried "-l DE", it simply showed me the help text. Took a while until I found out: "-l de" (lower case) works. I think it shouldn't be case sensitive here.
Another problem would be that it ignores the default settings it shows itself. Neither default language nor default model are used, it always falls back to the base model and English unless I change both explicitly.
