hello ,
I don't know who is the person behind this code, but I need help while I was trying to run this code n python 3.8.1 I am getting an error at function "svm_with_thir_party" I have tried a lot to overcome it but I failed to do so could please help me in rectifying the error at function "svm_with_thir_party"
