Redesign each comment's view to have more context

Currently, comments for a hacker are displayed in a very basic list. But it's clear that a comment isn't very useful without context.

This issue involves adding more context to each comment, either actual inline content or links of:

• Story the comment belongs to
• Parent comment
• Date and time of posting

Adding these bits of information will mean changing the design of the comment view away from the bulleted list into something both less pedestrian and more useful.
