Add nice pinouts for all hardware

The G120, G80, and G30 have the nice datasheet pinout added as a pdf and image. We need the same for G400 and the new hardware.

Make sure to include the old resistive touch pins for G400 even though they're not used in TinyCLR.

Added the G400D pinout table.

We also need to decide what we want to do here for the UCM Standard in the pinout. Do we want to add another column to call out the UCM standard name/function?
