Dear developer, CpGenie is a very good model, we are trying to use it and have recently encountered some problems:
It takes a long time to use cpgenie prediction, and the utilization rate of gpu is less than 6% each time. I want to know how to improve the gpu utilization of CpGenie in prediction.
Another question, I read your readme file carefully, don't know how to train cpgenie, can you still run cpgenie training process now?
