Port to Blender?

Title. Can this be ported over to Blender?
It would allow people to directly export to psk and psa, without having to use noesis.

I doubt recreation anything from scratch, using a different programming language (C++ vs Python), could be called "porting". Anyways, I'm not a Blender programmer (and actually not Max/Maya either), so this is not doable for me.
The purpose of THIS project is to maintain things which were done by Epic Games many years ago, for newer DDC versions.
