Error as install the package

Hi,
I am using the lastest Yii2 advance , i have installed gilek/yii2-gtreetable widget but not sucessfully.
I have attached error image below.
I have installed it a lot time but i am always failure.
Please help me this !

Have you installed fxp/composer-asset-plugin?
composer global require fxp/composer-asset-plugin "1.0.*@dev"
