Can't change API Key

When I go to preferences, I can't change the Google API Key:
When I click on "Save" nothing happens and the inserted element is still the same as above.

This is weird, but the v3 is coming with a different UI so it may fix this problem for you since this never happened before.
Another thing is that the information that you are putting is the service account, but the app expects the API key.
