I'd dearly love to continue using it under Dopamine (rootless) and Dopamine/Roothide.

Am on iOS 15..4.1

No I have not tried the patcher.
I think it is (always) better to use code released by the developer and not a hacked up version of it.
I'm hoping that you will release a version of the tweak for RootHide 🙏🏻

I am not sure what i need to do in order to update the tweak for RootHide, the version i uploaded recently for Dopamine was updated by another developer that i trust. Is there a reason to use RootHide when Dopamine is available?

RootHide is a modified version of Dopamine for which it is not possible to detect that it has been Jailbroken. So apps that detect JB and therefore do not run (some banking apps for example ) WILL run on RootHide, but not on Dopamine. I believe that usually only a re-compile is needed to make tweaks run on RootHide, as per links below.
