Colors do not appear properly on Openbox

Operating system: Ubuntu 22.04 LTS
Installed from: Ubuntu Default Packages "jammy"
Window Manager or Desktop Environment: Openbox (WM)

I am not sure what my GTK (formerly Gtk+) or Qt version is, though I have multiple versions installed on my single system:

  • Gtk+2.0
  • Gtk+3.0
  • GTK 4.0
  • Qt 5
  • Qt 6

After reading previous, now-closed issues, I have realized that colors are not supported with my GTK theme.
