Installation goes fine until "npm run electron" produces "Unable to find electron app.."

Describe the bug
Not probably a bug, but installation instructions could take into account newbie like me.
To Reproduce
According to instructions:
In separate terminal:
npm run electron
This produces the error.
Expected behavior
Electron and the app starts to run.

Software info:
- OS: Windows 10
- Gingko Version 2.4.15
Additional context
I tried to install electron the first time the error occurred but haven't yet found a way that would eliminate the error.
(sorry for multiple edits, accidentally pressed enter the first time in the middle of writing this issue..)
