Labels on barcharts

My client would like the stacked barchart to show some text on a digital dashboard.
The value of the amount for that section, and also some text associated with it.
In the case of the data below, they want the StdHours as the amount and the JDEWO as the additional text.
Barchart needs to include all data for a machine in one bar.
If this is already a possibility, can you show me a code snippet for this?
