Alerts and user data

Where does the these data go in current commit, 'cuz I have forked this repo and merged it with my discord bot and currently I am many commits away from the latest.
I edited this repo(which is many commits away) so that it will save alerts and user data to external database, so that it make users relogin again everytime the bot restarting in heroku, same with alerts.
My concern is, where does these data go in the latest?

Is it on saveUser function, which gives one json file for each user?
