Double-tap (on touch screens) does not re-disable the structure visualiser

(On the new BZ visualiser using JSMol).

Instead, it works for the BZ visualiser.
I think one might need to add a double-tap action.

This is not yet fixed in 1.9.1. Probably due to my lack of understanding, or (I think) also because JSMol "swallows" some signals, probably.
