Need to think through what this could look like.
From owocki: "It feels like we should have a an element somewhere in the report card towards the bottom that advises “recommended next steps” and the round operator can recommend that the customer re hire them again but with x y and z upgrades to their campaign.
Rmemeber this report card is a sales tool"
