requires:
- chain_id
- round_id (twice)
- "id" from applications.json (the 82 at the end above)

Update: Explorer links for many projects are currently not loading.
In the meantime, we can use
- twitter link for the project
- website link (if twitter is missing)
- or no link (if neither are there)
