You have to add a new section to https://raw.github.com/gitextensions/GitExtensionsDoc/master/source/getting_started.rst.
If you want to build html by your self you have to download python and http://sphinx-doc.org/. You can also use readthedocs.org to view html result.
Here is an example of newly added section.

We update only these parts of doco which are up to date. For now they are only getting_started.rst and git_extensions.rst
