Create section about Linux and mono

Should the fact that Git Extensions also runs on Linux should be promoted more (e. g. by adding a section to the user manual)? On http://git-scm.com/downloads/guis GitExt is still listed as Windows only.

Since the issue tracker show that there are efforts to have a good linux support this would be nice. Can you provide a PR to have something to discuss on? (note: I don't own a linux)

I created PR (EDIT:) #12. I only tried GitExt under Linux once but I do not use it regularly.
