Add prebuilt binaires to the releases?

A lot has changed since this repo got set up, so now that we have Github Actions, creating prebuilt release binaries for mac and windows should be pretty trivial to add these days, obviating the need for folks to compile their own executable =)

(even if keeping the build instructions in the README.md will continue to have value)
