Error loading webview, not seeing jupyter notebook

I tried opening the image-classifier.ipynb in web based vscode - not seeing any jupyter cells , seems to be stuck on import.torch.nn

problems tab reports no problems detected in this workspace
jupyter:variables tab has the following error message:

Which browser and operating system are you using to access your codespace? I'm not able to reproduce your report in Edge 110.0.1587.49 on macOS.
