Small fix for form-select

Hi. First of all, really great idea & project!

Not a big deal, but:

Repro steps:
Go to the: https://opensourcefriday.com/?locale=en
Change browser's window and drag to make it smaller.
Change / try with different locale (selected languages).

Current behaviour:
Form-select responsible for the choice of language becomes broken (sometimes it even overlaps with another element).
This applies mainly to languages other than English, it is more evident.
