vscode open the keil project root folder failed when the *.uvprojx file not exists in the keil project root folder, and it exists in subdir

uvprojx 所在的目录就是项目所在的位置，直接打开这里就行

在子目录中打开keil，vscode不能全局搜索，而且其他插件的一些配置都是基于根目录，
希望可以在所有子目录中搜索keil project，或者可以增加了配置，在根目录的相对路径下进行搜索。
