Contact Us anchor should reference to '#contact-us-head' instead of '#bs-2'
Maybe an increase in the line spacing of '#sub-title'?
A bit more room on the top of '#sub-title-2'? (hint: you can use margin-top)
Placeholder text in the form inputs.
Increase in margin spacing between form inputs.
Link to sponsors.html in the footer maybe?
