[14.0] google_map view issue inside form view

When you used the google_map view to load one2many fields inside form view, the sidebar is not correctly displayed.

  1. the sidebar toggle button is no longer inside it's page area when sidebar is hide.
  2. the z-index value is too high, as you scroll up it does not scroll its area (point 2)
