Doctorpad doesn't render on Win 7

Nothing renders on Win 7-64/JDK 1.7.0_25. No errors in the console

You have to hit CTRL-K for generating the HTML.
It's not (yet) automatic.

Good point, I've just added one line about CTRL+K.
