I don't think we tell users why they can't create a user from createUser.js, it's just some boolean, errorFromServer...

Describe the bug
Creating a "duplicate user" doesn't generate a meaningful error to the user themselves.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a user
  2. Create another user with identical values
  3. See the error message from the page, I don't think it's descriptive....
