Update Highlight Section of mapHub according to new database

use the new mapbuttonTable to update the highlights section as follows:

1. Consider pulling out the "activities" section of the highlights section that is currently on the mapHub website and putting it in its own highlights section or something?? This part is having more and more types/buttons, and these will continue to grow. You can see these in the excel file "UBHub Database Feb 2018", tab named documentsTable, in column D: doc_type. Each unique name here should auto-populate as a binary highlight option.
2. Follow the table instructions to update the remaining highlights sections. There will now be 4 columns on the website, labeled by the "button_category" types found in the table. These columns will be autopopulated with one button for each row. The button text and image are indicated in the table.
