Include an ability to delete any erroneous habitats, taxa, or sites (polygons) on the UBIF 2.0 Project page.

@paradalis I suspect we will want to break this issue into 3 separate pieces, one for habitats, one for taxa, and one for sites.

@paradalis So far, this is the only issue that I think we won't be able to hit by the currently scheduled milestone date of June 15. While I agree that these features would be very nice, I think we should adjust our expectation to have them delivered them by the June 30 milestone instead.

Ok, that is fine, but bear in mind that Rebecca did specifically request this feature so we should no neglect it.
