Is there any documentation on how to install and run this?

I should write one, but it is a simple "make && make install" step. It needs pg_config and PostgreSQL headers though (which should be in the usual postgresql*dev package of your favorite distro).

BTW, the Debian package is available in PGDG and Debian Buster ("pgstat" package, only the main binary).

Thanks, I just installed it via PGDG repo. So much easier.
