Combined pipelines

Sometimes the path to two destinations may intersect. As long as the pipelines are flowing in the same direction, this should be fine (actually preferable); we'll just want to make sure that we aren't duplicating intents.

Paths to different destinations (source => spawn and spawn => controller) should not intersect.
