Easy to fill fields, possibly useful.

A good list from the Italian central bank, and a better global list from BIS.

I've written a script to gather the requisite data from BIS. The only thing remaining is to merge it with registry.txt, though it may be best to think a bit about the order of new fields first since the fields are getting quite numerous and there are a lot in the potential pipeline...

BIS data was patchy, I had to do some research. Anyway, it's all done now.
