Color of the checkboxes is not adherent to the software brand guidelines

Describe the issue
It appears that the new application is not always using the colors of the GlobaLeaks project
Proposed solution
Colors should be consistent adopting in the application to improve usability for users, in this case using one of the azure colors (and not a purple color that is probably the default of boostrap).
The change could be probably be applied in grunt by replacing the current color everywhere in the CSS file.
Actually this is not a regression but common behaviour on browsers since browsers tries to enforce the color of the checkboxes.
We could anyhow try to find a way to change this behaviour to have a consistent interface on different browser.
