When trying to download the access.log, no data is being downloaded

We are not able to reproduce this condition either on 5.0.17 or 5.0.18 both with a single tenant setup and a multi tenant setup.

Would you please try to see if you have any exception in the javascript console of the browser or in the other logs of the system?
