Readme shows using models in migrations

I noticed that the README shows using ActiveRecord models in migration. However, this is not good practice, as such a migration will stop working if the model ends up being removed in the future, or if some other significant changes happen.

I believe the README should suggest either using a local copy of the model (i.e. re-defining the model inside the migration class), or creating the translations table manually (like Rodauth does).
