Prepare signac-flow and signac-dashboard for signac 2.0

Before releasing signac 2.0, we need to prepare signac-flow and signac-dashboard for compatibility. (I'm adding this to the signac repo so it can be tracked on the 2.0 milestone.)
Similarly, we'll want to prepare updates for the documentation and examples.

Pinning this issue, it's a critical one that we can't skip. Between glotzerlab/signac-flow#693 and glotzerlab/signac-dashboard#153 we should already be most of the way there since those also remove signac APIs deprecated in 1.8 (i.e. scheduled for 2.0 removal). The final breaking changes are being worked on for dashboard in glotzerlab/signac-dashboard#166, a similar PR is still needed for flow.
These packages are now ready, and awaiting the signac 2.0 release.
