Bug description

If in a form I use the type of question "actor", the user/groups listed are not compliant with the option (request/watcher/assignee) choosen.
i.e. if Assignee is chosen, all the users/groups are anyway listed, also users with only simplified interface profile or if Requester is choosen, also suppliers are listed.
The is not clear how to limit in case of "Watcher"

I have an issue similar related to that type of dropdown.
