TextDocumentSyncOptions.save fails if a plain boolean is given

The LSP spec lists textDocumentSync.save as an optional boolean | SaveOptions, but this library won't accept a plain boolean for that type. It should probably be an enum with a Simple(bool) like the others.

Looking at the previous version of the spec, it appears that this is a newer change to the spec, as of the beginning of 2020.
