Menu Button without Functionality

The app features a menu button, that currently does nothing.
From checking the Android app, it could show some settings like
- user info (Avatar, phone number)
- account stuff
- an option to unlink the app
- appearance (beside the theme switcher)
- ... the list could go on 😄
Additionally I'd probably replace the menu button with a button showing the users avatar, like the Android app does.
Anyways: Great work so far already!
