Frozen Fields snowflake doesn't load Anki 2.0

What is the problem/feature you would like to see fixed/implemented?

The snowflake icons fail to load on the add on screen. Screenshot attached.

How can we reproduce the problem?

1. I installed Anki
2. I installed this add on as well as two others (Button Colours Good Again, Night Mode).

Expected behavior: [What you expected to happen]
It to function and display the icon as on previous installations.

Actual behavior: [What actually happened]
It failed to load upon installation, restart, reinstalling Anki, and rebooting my computer among other measures.

Reproducible?: [Can you reliably reproduce the issue by following the steps above?]
No clue. The addon worked previously on this computer and works on another running 2.1.
