Allow setup of continuous replications

At the moment this tool creates one-off replications and waits until they reach a completed state. Breslin has asked if it could optionally setup continuous replications instead, through a command-line option. In this case, it would never reach 'completed' state so Mike reckons leaving it running until 99% before moving to the next one.
As it's not a good idea to leave tons of continuous replications running. I would suggest having a maximum number of these that the tool would allow you to create. 10? 50?
