Bug on custom skills

Bug report on Foundry. The custom skills aren't working properly. If you enter a Value for the skill, it just goes blank on save. Also, the custom skills also reset to Favored on save. And you get an error when you try to use the custom skill: "torg.eternity.skills.[skill] cannot be used unless it is learned (at least 1 skill add)." even though there is a skill add
