Doesn't work on files which just use ordered but not segmented chapters

I'm trying to use UnlinkMKV on the Madoka fancut (v2), whose episodes contain two MKV editions that use ordered chapters that are all contained within MKV rather than referencing external segments, but it doesn't work since UnlinkMKV bails early when it sees that the MKV doesn't use segmented chapters.
