Update Create/Load safe e2e Tests

Once the new workflow for the create/load safe is done the test will have to be updated
Ticket 5afe/safe-react#2618
To do:
Change how we connect to the safe because new button placement. (This will affect all other test)
Create/load will have 1 more step
Test new popUp with network selection
Validate warning message in the last step (safe only available on the current network)
