Add some waiting indicator for when setting up IPFS pinning

Add some waiting indicator for when setting up IPFS pinning. In the IPFS pinning service modal.

To reproduce:

1. Open the pinning service modal.
2. Fill in the required data.
3. Click the "Continue" button.
4. Nothing happens for a few seconds (it looks like I missed the button or something).
5. Suddenly, I get a success notification and the modal closes.

We need to add some waiting indicator afher step 3.
