Quick access for storytellers to the characters in their troupes

"My request is for a link on the front page to immediately jump to characters of domains you LST for to speed up XP audits and additions by 5 clicks"

There are two things I want to fix here:

• Make the Troupe "View Characters" button appear in that initial menu
• Fix the problem where you can't open the characters in a new tab

Either of these will substantially help storytellers here. If I can't get the middle-click to work maybe I'll just add a button "open this character in new tab."
