error running goGPS

I have this error message while I run default PPP project

I am using R2016b version of Matlab.

Dear Andy sorry for my late answer, it's a very busy time for me.
Unfortunately, I cannot reproduce your error on R2018a or following (and I don't have R2016b installed). I need some more information.
The lines of error that you pasted here are usually preceded by the type of error.
If you can attach the entire log it can help me more understanding the problem.

Is your installation updated to the latest updates on the report?
