document running fuzz tests

Fuzz tests are currently mentioned in the test documentation in docs/test.md, but is missing details on how to get the fuzzing tests to run. This documentation needs to be updated to specify how to run fuzzing tests.
Created after a Gitter conversation regarding #330.
