GitPython is a python module, and should be installed by Gobo's Alien script, not by Recipe.

For current version you can run

sudo Alien --install PIP3:GitPython

For specific version you can substitute in PIP3:GitPython==VERSION or PIP3:GitPython VERSION depending on sctipt version
