If you view a Vivillon PHBank shows the Meadow Pattern in the top and the polar as sprite

What is the real form of the Vivillion?
I assume it's the one on the bottom screen (Polar?)
I don't have integrated the forms sprites for the top screen yet.
That is why the top screen is using the default sprite of the species.
